New mouth camera could spot cancer without biopsy
NCT ID NCT02507141
Summary
This study is testing a special camera that takes very detailed pictures inside the mouth. Researchers want to see if these pictures can accurately identify oral cancer by comparing them to results from traditional biopsies taken during surgery. The goal is to develop a tool that could help doctors detect cancer earlier and guide surgery in the future.
