New oral drug combo aims to control Tough-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This trial is testing whether adding two new oral drugs, AMXT 1501 and DFMO, to standard cancer treatments can help control advanced breast cancer or melanoma that has worsened after prior therapies. The study will first find a safe dose and then see how well the combination works to shrink tumors or stop their growth. It is for adults with specific types of advanced breast cancer or skin cancer who have already tried other treatments.
