First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study compares an oral medication (ASTX727) to a standard IV drug (decitabine) for treating myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), a bone marrow disorder. About 72 Chinese adults with MDS will take both treatments in a crossover design to see if the pill works as well as the IV. The goal is to find a more convenient treatment option.
