Summary

This study looks at how safe and effective the OR3O Dual Mobility System is for total hip replacement. Researchers will follow 177 adults aged 18-80 for up to 10 years to see how long the implant lasts without needing another surgery. The goal is to help people with severe hip joint damage move better and have less pain.
