New program aims to help seniors bounce back faster after colorectal surgery

Summary
This study tests a special care plan for people 65 and older who are having colorectal surgery. The goal is to see if this plan helps them recover better after leaving the hospital and reduces the chance of being readmitted. About 30 participants will take part to see if the program is practical and helpful.
