Summary
This study tests whether a tailored rehabilitation program, guided by monthly check-ups from a physiotherapist, can lower the chance of re-tearing the ACL or injuring the other knee after surgery. About 432 competitive athletes who want to return to sports like soccer or basketball will take part. The goal is to see if personalized care works better than the standard rehab plan.
