Summary
This study aims to find the best time to start treatment for people with severe pulmonary embolism (blood clots in the lungs). Researchers will observe 500 adults to see if earlier treatment improves survival and reduces complications. The goal is to define a time window for treatment, similar to what is done for heart attacks.
