Summary

This study tests a new drug called OPT101 in people recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. The goal is to see if it can help preserve the body's ability to make insulin, reducing the need for injected insulin. Participants will receive injections three times a week for up to a year, and the study will measure changes in insulin production and blood sugar control.
