Summary
This early-phase study tests whether combining endoscopic tumor removal with low-dose radiation, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy is safe for patients with early-stage esophageal cancer who cannot or choose not to have surgery. The goal is to preserve the esophagus while controlling the disease. Only 11 patients are enrolled to check safety and feasibility.
