Summary
This study tested the effectiveness and safety of the Opalmon tablet in 107 adults with acquired lumbar spinal stenosis, a condition that causes back and leg pain when walking. Participants took the tablet for 8 weeks, and researchers measured changes in symptom severity and physical function using a standard questionnaire.
