New hope for advanced cancers: first human trial of OP-3136 begins

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called OP-3136 in adults with advanced breast, lung, or prostate cancer that has spread or no longer responds to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug, alone or with other cancer medicines, can shrink tumors or slow disease. About 180 participants will take part across multiple centers.
