Summary
This study tested whether online cognitive behavioral therapy is practical and acceptable for teenagers with bulimia nervosa who have higher weight. Twenty-five adolescents participated in 4 months of weekly telehealth sessions. The research aimed to see if this online approach could help reduce binge eating and purging behaviors while improving mental health.
