Summary

This study is creating and testing an online educational resource called CHOICE-ICD for people who have or are getting an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD). The goal is to provide easy-to-understand information, videos, and games to help patients better understand their device, reduce worries, and improve their quality of life. About 128 patients will use the online tool for three months, and researchers will measure changes in their anxiety, knowledge, and overall well-being.
