Web-Based therapy aims to help persian speakers sleep better

NCT ID NCT07431034

Summary

This study tests whether an online cognitive behavioral therapy program called 'Omid' can help Persian-speaking adults with insomnia sleep better. 200 participants will be randomly assigned to either use the 6-week online program or continue with their usual care. The program teaches techniques to improve sleep habits and manage thoughts that interfere with sleep, all delivered through a Persian-language website.
