First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests an online self-help program for adults with social anxiety. Researchers want to find out which people improve the most by looking at their thinking patterns and decisions. About 200 adults aged 18 to 65 in the US will use the program for 5 weeks. This is not a treatment study—it aims to understand who benefits from this type of help.
