Summary
This study tested an 8-week online mindfulness program for people with fibromyalgia, a condition causing widespread pain and fatigue. 94 adults took part, with some doing the mindfulness program and others continuing their usual care. The goal was to see if the program could reduce pain, improve daily function, and help with pain-related thoughts.
