Can sharing memories online ease the heartache of dementia care?
NCT ID NCT06225986
Summary
This study tested an online platform called the Living Memory Home, designed for people with dementia and their family caregivers to share and record meaningful memories together. The main goal was to see if using this platform for two weeks could help reduce feelings of grief in caregivers and improve the quality of their relationship with their loved one. Researchers compared a group using the full memory-sharing features to a control group to measure these effects.
