Summary
This study tested a 2-hour online program designed to help people with high death anxiety. 47 adults completed the program or were placed on a waiting list. Researchers measured fear of death and related thoughts and behaviors before, right after, and at 1 and 2 weeks after the program. The goal was to see if the online program could reduce death anxiety.
