First seen May 10, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests two types of online therapy for Canadian public safety personnel (like police, firefighters, and paramedics) who have symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, or depression. Participants can choose which therapy they prefer. The goal is to see if online therapy helps reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning. About 300 adults in Saskatchewan who have internet access and are not at high risk for suicide can join.
