Can online therapy ease the mental burden of chronic illness?
NCT ID NCT07233980
Summary
This study is testing an online therapy program designed to help people with chronic physical health conditions manage depression and anxiety. Researchers are offering therapist-guided sessions to 260 Saskatchewan residents to see how well it works in real-world care. They want to understand what factors—like how severe symptoms are at the start or how engaged people are—best predict who benefits most from the program.
