Online birth prep cuts fear, boosts readiness in pregnant women

Summary
This study tested a 9-hour online childbirth education program for pregnant women. 80 women were split into two groups: one took the online classes, the other received standard care. Results showed that the online program significantly improved women's perception of birth and readiness, while reducing their fear of childbirth.
