Summary

This study tests a newer type of radiation therapy called online adaptive radiotherapy (oART) for people who have had surgery for endometrial or cervical cancer. The goal is to see if using smaller treatment margins can reduce side effects while still effectively targeting any remaining cancer cells. The study involves 17 participants and tracks both immediate and long-term side effects.
