Summary

This study tests a new online group therapy program for people diagnosed with Parkinson's disease before age 65. The therapy, called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helps participants cope with difficult thoughts and feelings related to their condition. Researchers will compare the therapy group to a control group to see if it improves quality of life and reduces anxiety and depression. The study involves 20 participants and includes 8 weekly video sessions.
