Summary

This study tests a new approach for people with advanced esophageal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It combines a cancer-killing virus with chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug. The goal is to shrink tumors enough to allow surgery and improve long-term outcomes. About 40 participants will be enrolled to check safety and effectiveness.
