Summary
This study is testing whether short supervision sessions with mental health specialists can help doctors and nurses who work in cancer care. It aims to see if these sessions improve their communication skills, help them manage difficult feelings about patients, and reduce burnout. The study involves 62 oncology and hematology clinicians who will either receive four one-hour sessions or be part of a comparison group.
