Summary
This study tested two immunotherapy drugs, nivolumab and ipilimumab, in 85 adults with advanced kidney cancer that could not be removed by surgery. The goal was to see if adding ipilimumab could turn stable or worsening disease into a better response. While not a cure, the approach aims to control the cancer and improve outcomes.
