New surgical tool aims to ease glaucoma pressure

Summary
This study tests a device called the OMNI 3.1 Surgical System to see if it safely lowers eye pressure in adults with primary open-angle glaucoma. About 25 people aged 45 and older will take part. The main goal is to check if eye pressure drops by at least 20% three months after surgery, with the same or fewer eye drop medications.
