NCT ID NCT05248737
First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at whether chicken or eggs from chickens fed omega-3 fatty acids or extra vitamin D can improve the levels of these nutrients in healthy adults. About 84 healthy, non-smoking adults aged 18-35 will eat these foods, and researchers will measure their blood levels over time. The goal is simply to learn if these enriched foods work as a source of nutrients, not to treat or cure any disease.
