Fish oil fights prostate cancer inflammation in new trial

Summary
This study tests whether taking omega-3 (EPA) supplements can reduce inflammation and improve quality of life in men with high-risk prostate cancer who choose surgery. 130 participants will take either fish oil or placebo capsules for six weeks before and one year after prostate removal. The goal is to see if omega-3 can slow cancer cell growth and ease treatment side effects.
