Summary

This study tests whether omega-3 supplements can reduce the risk of early birth and other tobacco-related problems in pregnant women who smoke. About 400 pregnant smokers will receive either omega-3 or a placebo. Researchers will track how long the pregnancy lasts and whether smoking habits change.
