New drug combo aims to clear stubborn leukemia before transplant

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (olverembatinib and inotuzumab ozogamicin) can clear remaining leukemia cells in adults with a specific type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) who still have detectable disease after initial treatment. The goal is to achieve a deep remission before proceeding to a stem cell transplant. About 20 participants will be enrolled.
