Summary

This study tests a drug called olverembatinib in 50 adults newly diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in its early phase. The goal is to see if the drug can control the cancer and what side effects it may cause. Participants take the drug alone, without other treatments, and are monitored for safety and response.
