Summary
This study was designed to test whether adding olutasidenib to standard chemotherapy could help control certain blood cancers (MDS, CMML, and MPN) in people with an IDH1 mutation. The trial was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available. The goal was to manage the disease, not cure it.
