Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (olutasidenib, venetoclax, and azacitidine) in people with a specific genetic form of acute myeloid leukemia (IDH1 mutation). The goal is to see if this combo is safer and works better than standard intensive chemotherapy. About 16 adults aged 18-75 who are healthy enough for strong chemo will take part.
