New triple-drug attack targets hard-to-treat leukemia

Summary
This study is for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has a specific genetic change called IDH1. It tests a combination of three drugs: decitabine, venetoclax, and olutasidenib. The goal is to find a safe dose and see how well the drugs work together. About 78 adults with AML that has come back or not responded to treatment, or who cannot have strong chemotherapy, can join.
