Summary
This study follows 300 people with oral lichen planus, a chronic mouth condition, for at least six months to see how often it turns into oral cancer. Researchers will also look for patterns or risk factors that might predict this change. The goal is to better understand the disease and improve monitoring, not to test a new treatment.
