Olive oil extract tested for knee comfort in new study

Summary
This study tests whether an olive oil extract can reduce knee pain and stiffness and improve knee function in adults aged 40 to 75 who have had knee discomfort for at least 3 months. Participants take a daily capsule (either the olive oil extract or a placebo) for 6 weeks and complete online questionnaires about their knee symptoms. The study is fully virtual, with saliva samples and activity tracking done at home.
