Summary
This study tests a new drug called olatorepatide in 120 adults who are overweight or obese but do not have diabetes. The goal is to see how safe the drug is, how the body processes it, and whether it helps with weight loss compared to a placebo. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo and be monitored for side effects, blood levels, and changes in body weight.
