Summary
This study looks at whether adding the antidepressant olanzapine to standard immunotherapy can help people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer live longer. About 156 adults with a specific type of lung cancer (EGFR mutation-negative) will either get immunotherapy alone or with olanzapine for two months. Researchers will track survival and side effects to see if the combination is more effective.
