Summary
This study follows 30 people with Alagille syndrome, a rare liver disease that causes severe itching and growth problems, as they take the drug odevixibat in real life. Researchers want to see if the medicine helps patients avoid major surgeries like bile duct rerouting or liver transplant, and whether it improves weight and height over time. The goal is to understand how well odevixibat works and how safe it is when used outside of a strict clinical trial setting.
