Summary

This study tests a new drug called OCT-980 for people with a genetic form of retinitis pigmentosa, an eye disease that leads to vision loss. The trial first checks safety in healthy volunteers, then tests the drug in patients to see if it can slow or stop the disease. About 32 people will take part in this early-stage study.
