New MS drug shows promise in calming brain inflammation early

Summary
This study looks at how the drug ocrelizumab changes certain markers in the spinal fluid of people newly diagnosed with relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS) or a high-risk first episode. The goal is to see if early treatment can reduce signs of chronic inflammation in the brain. About 30 participants will be followed for 3 years to measure these changes.
