Summary
This study tested a 14-week program called MACK, which includes light exercise, games, and creative tasks for older adults. 56 participants aged 60+ were split into two groups: one did the program, the other continued normal routines. Researchers measured daily living skills, physical fitness, and quality of life at the start, middle, and end of the study to see if the program made a difference.
