New drug obrixtamig targets Hard-to-Treat lung and neuroendocrine cancers in first human trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests obrixtamig, a drug that helps the immune system attack cancer cells, in adults with advanced small cell lung cancer or other neuroendocrine cancers that have a specific marker called DLL3. Participants receive the drug weekly or every three weeks for up to 3 years. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose and schedule.
