New drug duo targets tough lung cancers in early trial

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new combination of two drugs, obrixtamig and ezabenlimab, in adults with advanced small cell lung cancer or other neuroendocrine tumors that have not responded to prior treatments. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose of obrixtamig when given with ezabenlimab. Participants receive the drugs through an IV and are monitored closely for up to 3 years.
