New drug combo aims to boost immune system against tough lung cancers

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug combination (obrixtamig plus ezabenlimab) in adults with advanced small cell lung cancer or other neuroendocrine tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find the highest safe dose and see if the drugs can help the immune system fight the cancer. Participants receive infusions weekly for up to 3 years if they benefit and tolerate the treatment.
