Summary
This study aims to understand how changes in body fat and muscle affect survival and quality of life in people with obesity-related cancers. Researchers will follow 6,743 newly diagnosed cancer patients across multiple hospitals in China, using advanced imaging to track body composition over time. The goal is to learn why some patients do better than others and uncover the biological mechanisms linking obesity to cancer outcomes.
