Engineered immune cells aim to stop High-Risk leukemia in its tracks

Summary
This study tests whether a personalized cell therapy called obecabtagene autoleucel (obe-cel) can help control high-risk B-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) in adults who have already completed their first round of treatment. About 30 participants will receive obe-cel as a consolidation step to reduce the chance of the cancer returning. The main goal is to check safety and side effects.
