NCT ID NCT07050680

First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at how healthy people absorb both the good and bad parts of oats. Sixteen volunteers eat one oat breakfast and collect their urine for 48 hours. Researchers measure nutrients and natural toxins (mycotoxins) that come out in urine. The goal is to understand oat safety and nutrition, not to treat any disease.
