New bone gel could help kids with rare broken leg heal without extra surgery

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called NVD003 for children with a rare condition where the shinbone doesn't heal properly after a fracture. The trial compares NVD003 to a standard bone graft taken from the hip. About 12 children up to age 17 will take part, and doctors will check if the bone heals fully within 12 months.
